As an Project Support Specialist you will:

  • Act as a Primary contact to internal and external clients on delivering quality service, independent control, operational risk safety and cost efficiency
  • Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project leadership and committees as appropriate and make recommendations to operation lead in order to maintain project progress
  • Provide guidance and to maintain a focus on how the project implementation globally 


Things we consider critical to be our Project Support Specialist:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of working experience in operations and financial institutional sector
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with ability to prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail and highly energetic, initiative and accountability
  • Strong command of spoken and written in both English & Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
