MARKETING DIRECTOR

 

 

As a Marketing Director you will:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine
    appropriate marketing strategies for the international and
    Chinese market segments

  • Plan, execute and manage all marketing initiatives of the
    company across multiple platforms (digital, print, social,
    email, experiential and advertising) to drive specific actions
    and KPIs

  • Develop the digital marketing strategic roadmap and multi-
    channel strategy, and manage all aspects of online marketing initiatives

  • Establish brand presence on digital and social channels and
    take ownership of all strategic and execution of all
    marketing initiatives

  • Execute marketing plan to increase brand awareness within
    specific audiences

  • Develop a project timeline in conjunction with relevant
    agencies and parties, and ensure timely execution

  • Plan and execute SEO via various techniques, including
    content-driven strategies

  • Manage corporate website and lead content writing to support
    the company’s business objectives

  • Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns
    and make timely adjustments to achieve targets and
    maximise ROI

  • Review cost analysis and projection of each marketing
    program and manage budget in the most cost effective way

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and
    strategic partners

  • Develop marketing database and mailing/email lists


Things we consider critical to be our Marketing Director: 

  • Min. 10 years relevant experience in marketing, advertising agency,
    startups, FinTech and financial institutions

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent discipline

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Very good interpersonal skills. Proactive, innovative, cosmopolitan and open
    minded

  • Experience in Finance, FinTech, Banking, Payments or
    Startup culture is a big advantage

  • Savvy on media strategy and planning

  • Functional expertise in social network, digital marketing,
    website development and CRM

  • Strong sense of business analysis and acumen

  • Able to work under pressure and meet very tight deadlines
